Terms of service

The service
AI Visibility House measures how AI assistants mention brands and recommends changes. AI answers are produced by third parties and change constantly, so we do not guarantee any ranking, mention or business result.
Audits
An audit is delivered within 5 business days of you approving the question list. If it does not contain at least 10 specific, usable recommendations, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Growth plan
Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We don't refund part-months.
Agency white-label audits
Paid per audit. You may resell reports under your own brand at any price. You are responsible for your own client relationship and claims you make to clients.
Your content
Pages and reports we write for you are yours once paid for. Our audit method, software and templates remain ours.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
