Who we are
AI Visibility House ("we") is run by Adam in the United Kingdom. Contact: info@aivisibilityhouse.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect and why
- Form submissions (name, email, website, what you sell, competitor, message): to do what you asked, such as run your free check or reply to you. Lawful basis: your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying.
- Customers' details and audit data: to deliver the service you bought. Lawful basis: contract.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Business outreach: we sometimes email businesses at their work address about a service relevant to them. Every email says how to opt out, and we stop immediately if you reply "stop". Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security, for a short period.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), Stripe for payments, and the AI providers whose APIs we query for audits. We send those AI providers your brand name, competitors and buyer questions, not your personal contact details. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become customers: up to 12 months. Customer records: 6 years, for tax law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@aivisibilityhouse.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
